Efektifitas Penggunaan Aplikasi e-Kinerja dalam Upaya Meningkatkan Disiplin dan Kinerja Pegawai

This study investigates the effectiveness of using the e-performance application in an effort to improve employee discipline and performance at the Education and Culture Office of Southwest Aceh Regency using a qualitative approach. Through in-depth interviews with relevant employees and managers, as well as direct observation of the implementation of the e-performance application, this study aims to analyse and describe the effectiveness of using the e-Kinerja application in improving employee discipline and performance at the Education and Culture Office of Southwest Aceh District based on the theory of effectiveness. The findings show that although the e-performance application provides several benefits in improving transparency and accountability of employee performance, there are still several challenges that need to be overcome. Some of them are the need for adequate technological infrastructure, adequate training for employees in using the application, as well as clear policies and support from management in the implementation and use of e-performance applications. By overcoming these challenges, e-performance applications can be an effective tool in improving overall employee performance management, but there are also challenges in adaptation and acceptance by employees. Factors such as training, managerial support, and employee perceptions of the application's benefits affect the effectiveness of its implementation.
