Analisis Kinerja Pemerintah Desa dalam Pelayanan Publik di Desa Sinar Pekayau Kecamatan Sepauk Kabupaten Sintang

The Sinar Pekayau Village Office is a government institution that has a vital role in providing administrative services to the local community. Employee performance at the Sinar Pekayau Village Office plays an important role in determining the efficiency and effectiveness of administrative services. The research objective is to analyze the work of village office employees. In providing administrative services to the people of Sinar Pekayau Village. In public services, with reference to Law Article 1 No. 6 of 2014 and related theoretical concepts, the village government is considered the foremost government unit in providing public services due to its proximity to the community. However, there are several barriers such as lack of understanding of technology, lack of initiative, and lack of skills that hamper service quality. In addressing these challenges, this study used a qualitative method with a descriptive design and literature review, based on the results of the study it was concluded that productivity, responsiveness, accountability, responsibility and service quality of individual apparatus are key in improving village government performance. Suggestions for improving performance include apparatus training, improved facilities, increased sensitivity to the community, and comparative studies with other successful villages. It is hoped that these efforts can help improve the quality of public services at the administrative service level.
