Penggunaan Matrik IFAS dan EFAS untuk Analisis SWOT Sarana dan Prasarana di Satuan PAUD

It is indicated that the facilities and infrastructure of PAUD units in rural areas tend to be inadequate. Based on this context, this study aims to determine the SWOT results of the carrying capacity of playgroup facilities and infrastructure in Gladagsari District, Boyolali Regency. This study uses quantitative research with questionnaires as a tool for collecting data. In this study, researchers used a Likert scale which was used to measure the SWOT evaluation of the carrying capacity of playgroup facilities and infrastructure in Gladagsari District, Boyolali Regency. The population in this study were all play group principals in Gladagsari District, Boyolali Regency, the sample in this study were play group principals in Gladagsari District, Boyolali Regency, there were 3 people. The results of this study indicate that the overall data on the carrying capacity of facilities and infrastructure in the IFAS calculations in the 3 institutions studied ranged from 2.47 - 3.78 which indicates that 2 institutions, namely the Rabbit Play Group and the Cat Play Group are in the strong category and 1 institution, namely the Horse Play Group is in the strong category. Then in the EFAS calculations in the 3 institutions it ranges from 2.36 – 3.09 which shows that there is 1 Rabbit Play Group Institution showing a strong category and 2 Cat Play Group institutions, and a Horse Play Group Institution showing a weak category. This finding shows two things. First, the reliability of the use of SWOT analysis for evaluating PAUD units, which unfortunately has rarely been applied so far. Second, the carrying capacity of facilities and infrastructure in SWOT can serve as basic information for unit developers, whether it requires internal or external strengthening.
