These conditions show that the fulfillment of public needs by the health service system is not yet fully in line with national standards and the principles of health services designed to run effectively and sustainably. This study was conducted to provide an explanation of the health care system in Lahat Regency through an analysis of service delivery indicators based on the WHO Health System Theory, with an emphasis on the aspects of service availability, accessibility, quality, and continuity of service. A descriptive qualitative approach was used as the research method through data collection conducted by in-depth interviews supported by field observations and documentation studies so that information was obtained from Health Office employees and the community as health service users. The results of the study show that various improvement efforts have been carried out through the improvement of Puskesmas facilities and the strengthening of health programs, but the alignment between theoretical concepts and their application in the field has not been fully achieved, especially in terms of the equitable distribution of health workers, the consistency of service quality, the responsiveness of officers, and the affordability of services for communities in remote areas. Village officials, as managers of development, face challenges in encouraging Gen Z to actively participate in various village activities. This study aims to explore the role of village officials in facilitating increased participation of Gen Z, identifying the obstacles faced, and examining the innovations implemented to activate their involvement. The method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection through observation interviews and documentation to understand the social dynamics and empowerment strategies implemented. The results show that village officials have made efforts to carry out their role as facilitators with an open and innovative approach, using social media as a means of communication and channeling Gen Z's creative ideas. Obstacles such as budget constraints, differences in mindset and technological capabilities between officials and Gen Z, and a participatory space that is not yet inclusive are still encountered. Various innovations have begun to be implemented, such as empowering youth organizations, adjusting programs to suit Gen Z's interests, and utilizing digital technology to expand participation. This situation highlights the gap between applicable work regulations and the actual work behavior of employees in their daily practices. This study aims to analyze the role of work discipline in improving employee performance at PUMI Group. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with employees and managers of PUMI Group as the research subjects. Data collection techniques were carried out through in-depth interviews and direct observation of work activities and internal company documentation. The data were analyzed descriptively to describe the conditions of work discipline and its relationship with employee performance. The results of the study indicate that low work discipline, especially in terms of punctuality, affects the delay in task completion and decreases work effectiveness. Consistent implementation of work discipline accompanied by clear supervision can increase responsibility, work orderliness, and employee performance. This research aims to analyze the factors causing congestion, evaluate the efforts that have been made, and propose appropriate solutions to improve road service quality and reduce congestion in Jakarta. The research method used in this study is a literature review, which involves collecting and analyzing various secondary data sources from articles, reports, and official data related to traffic and infrastructure in Jakarta. The results of the study show that the imbalance between vehicle volume and road capacity is the main cause of congestion, which is exacerbated by side obstacles and the lack of public transportation management. The discussion emphasizes the need for modern infrastructure development, data driven management, and vehicle volume control policies to achieve long-term solutions. At the Population and Civil Registration Office of Pangkal Pinang City, ID card and family card services are an important focus because these documents serve as the official identity of citizens used in various administrative aspects. This study aims to analyze the level of accountability and transparency in ID card and family card services and to identify the supporting factors and obstacles encountered. The method used is qualitative research with a case study approach. Data was obtained through in-depth interviews with office staff and service users, direct observation, and documentation studies. Data analysis was conducted using qualitative descriptive analysis with triangulation of sources to increase the validity of the findings. The results of the study show that accountability and transparency in services are already functioning well, as reflected in the compliance of officials with SOPs, digital document recording, and the provision of information through notice boards, brochures, and websites. However, there are still obstacles such as limited public understanding, limited human resources, and technical barriers. The study concluded that services could be optimized by improving information dissemination, staff training, and the use of digital technology. However, the use of this application at the sub-district level, such as in Petamburan, still requires further study. This literature review aims to analyze how the use of the JAKI application can improve the quality of public services. The method used is a literature review of 16 scientific articles from various national journals and dissertations from the period 2021 to 2025 obtained through Google Scholar. The results of the review show that the JAKI application, with its excellent features such as JakLapor and JakWifi and other integrated services, plays a very significant role in realizing smart governance and increasing community participation, according to Kalihva and Manar (2023) and Pratiwi (2022). The implementation of JAKI has also proven to be effective in accelerating complaint responses and service transparency, according to Ananda and Fauziah (2024) and Ramadhania and Sutisna (2023). Several studies have identified challenges in the form of digital literacy gaps and uneven socialization, according to Prasetia et al. (2024).
