E- Goverment Transformasi Menuju Good Goovernance

This research was conducted on the basis of the importance of a government in utilizing information technology, especially through e-government, in an effort to realize Good Governance. The integration of information technology in government not only increases efficiency, but also strengthens the relationship between government and society, which is an important element in Good Governance. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of e-government implementation in realizing Good Governance and identify what challenges must be faced in implementing e-government. This research uses the literature review method and data analysis, namely collecting, processing, and grouping similar extracted data in accordance with the objectives to be achieved. The results of this study found that the implementation of e-government in Indonesia shows considerable potential in increasing efficiency, transparency, accountability, encouraging community participation, and increasing the satisfaction index in public services which are important elements in the realization of Good Governance. but currently there are still obstacles and obstacles faced in the implementation of e-government including inadequate infrastructure, data security, and HR training need to be overcome.
