Hubungan Kualitas Pelayanan dan Fasilitas Rumah Sakit terhadap Kepuasan Pasien di Instalasi Rawat Inap

The main strategy to meet patient satisfaction is through service improvement. Poor service quality will affect hospital revenue. Hospital facilities are also things that must be considered in meeting patient satisfaction. The satisfaction felt by patients depends on their perception of the expectations and quality of services provided by the hospital. This study aims to determine the relationship between service quality and facilities at the inpatient installation of RSI Ibnu Sina Bukittinggi. This study used quantitative research with a cross sectional approach. The population in this study were all patients in the inpatient installation of 669 people, and a sample of 100 people who were used as respondents in this study. Where the sampling technique using simple random sampling technique. Data were collected using a questionnaire, analyzed quantitatively with univariate and bivariate methods (chi square test). The results showed that the quality of service was good as much as 85% and good hospital facilities were obtained as much as 80% and as many as 82% of patients expressed satisfaction. And it is known that there is a relationship between service quality and facilities on patient satisfaction at the inpatient installation of RSI Ibnu Sina Bukittinggi
